Slender and winsome, Ispan Vonaal looks to be four and ten years of age, with a round moon face, bright green eyes and a distracted expression. Her dark brown hair is worn in a myriad of narrow braids, each typed with bright beads of dyed wood, although to be fair, some of the braids are less than tight, and others have fallen open altogether. A smudge of ink across her cheek compliments the many ink stains on her hands and cuffs, and why there is even a ragged hem of her white novice's frock. Upon closer inspection, the skirts have been patched twice or thrice with white cloth. Even her simple white canvas slippers seem like she has just trudged across a particularly dusty room.
