With snow-white hair, Valia Corgarin seems to be quite aged from afar, but upon entering her presence, one can see that she has a smooth, unlined complexion, naming her an Aes Sedai. Merry-eyed and pleasing featured, Valia Sedai is not slim, rather, buxom and full-limbed, but still moves with elán and energy. Valia wears a simply cut dress of finely-combed wool, a somber steely-blue, and many decades from fashion, with embroidery on the shoulders and around the waist and hips, picked out in white silken thread in loops and coils. A wide collar of dainty Aerine lace rests across her collar-bone and frames a square neckline, low enough to reveal a fresh linen partlet. Valia wears a stupendous emerald on a heavy golden chain pinned off-side over one breast, and she wears a thick manteau of silky Saldaean sables over the dress, held in place with a broach shaped like a large thistle, wrought in beaten gold and white enamel.
